Purchased these hoping they'd be good to use with 1/8 sheet pans for small portions reheated in a toaster oven. Racks would expand that functionality. While the racks are actually too wide to lay flat in the pans, they're still usable at an angle.PROS are nice heft, dishwasher safe, and should last a long time; only CON is purely specific to my own purposes: a narrower width would've fit my 1/8 sheet pans better.I thought the package contained the same size cooling racks, there are different sizes. No complaints I love the various size racks, they are perfect. Better than what I expected. Would make a great gift for a baker.I ONLY NEEDED 2 BUT HAD TO BUY A PK OF 44 sizes for all needs. Well, this set is perfect! We have a Emeril LaGasse 360 Oven. The small rack fits perfectly.These are weaker than the ones I was replacing. If you need them to support heavy objects, they will sag. However if you just need to have more cookie space, they will be fine. They are smaller than I was hoping for, as they have extra room between the edges of the rack and the walls of my Nordicware half-sheet pans.I really like the variety of sizes in this assortment. Normally, it's difficult to find small racks that can be used for roasting smaller items inside baking dishes. This was just what I was looking for!I bought this set to use with my stainless steel sheet pans, also bought on this site. They fit perfectly. If you clean these after use with dish soap and a scrubbie on both sides of the rack they will not disappoint you. I do that, then run them through the dishwasher with everything else and they come out like brand new, just like my sheet pans do. Things last if you take good care of them. I can't stand baked on food or grease on any of my kitchen things. Treat your things well and they will treat you well. Ditch your aluminum stuff and go with stainless steel!wish they were thicker
