Simple, but sturdy. I like how they look.I just wanted a simple sturdy towel rod that didn't require tightening set screws that don't hold anything. This rod is exactly what I was looking for. Two drill holes and done.This beautiful towel rail arrived a little over 30 minutes ago. I had it up on the wall within 15 minutes. It is situated in my kitchen right above the radiator. The rail fits two kitchen towels perfectly - double folded. This part of the wall is fairly thin, so the included two black screws were too long. I used shorter screws instead, and they hold the rail very firmly. I also did not need to use the wall plugs, but for a thick cement or brick wall, you'll need those.Very happy with my purchase. If you're looking for that cottage-feel, handmade iron look, and black suits your colour scheme, look no further!these are nice and I like the design and strength. the only problem was that one of them was 3/4 of an inch longer than the other. I mounted them on opposite walls so it is not noticeable, but it would be if you had them closer.Our kitchen has a comfy country look and I wanted this cast iron towel bar which comes in handy for putting my potholders on an "S" hook and hanging from one side of it while the hand towel rests nicely on the rest. It's simple in appearance; not elegant or stately, but it does make a statement that it's a charming country themed item that goes perfectly with the rest of my decor.The screws came with it and was easy to attach. You also have choices in bar lengths necessary for your needs. This is a very sturdy towel bar and not very expensive. We've had ours up for a few months now and it's doing well; no looseness or fading in color (black).It looks nice and is much sturdier than the type you find in stores.Well made. Sturdy. Easy to install and looks great at the end of my island.I bought this to complement a marble shelf with Art Deco style cast iron supports from Pottery Barn in 'Antique Bronze' (according to them) that I had put up in my bathroom, and had my fingers crossed that the finishes would match. They did! The rod has a nice handmade feel and texture, unlike the faux ORB finishes on any of the similarly priced commercial brands that I was considering like Kohler/Delta. I needed the rod to fit within a space that was less than 20" which is also why this rod was perfect as it came to around 17.5" end to end - most typical "18 inch" towel rods are actually 20.5" from end to end because of the wall-facing backplates.Also, my plaster-and-lath bathroom walls are notoriously difficult to put anything through, and the screws/anchors that usually come with anything never work or get mangled with a hammer. The hardware that came with this towel rod matched the iron color, and did not feel cheap. I had the rod up on the wall within 20min of receiving my package. Very happy with my purchase!This towel bar is exactly what I had envisioned, and it is perfect for the space I had in mind for it. I was expecting it would take a few weeks to arrive, but it arrived surprisingly quickly. I'm very pleased!Son atractivos, pequeños y discretos. Exactamente lo que estaba buscando.
